PRIVACY

Eschaton Opportunities Fund Management LP, a Delaware limited partnership with its principal office in Miami, Florida (the “Investment Manager”), acts as the investment manager to Eschaton Opportunities Fund II LP, Eschaton Opportunities International Fund Ltd. and Eschaton Financials Fund LP (collectively the “Funds”). The Investment Manager has adopted compliance policies and procedures designed to protect the investors’ confidential information from unauthorized disclosure to third parties.

 

The Investment Manager and the Funds receive confidential investor information in subscription forms and other documents furnished by the investors.  For example, information relating to the investors’ transactions with the Fund and the investors’ bank and brokerage account information.

 

As a matter of policy, the Investment Manager and Funds do not disclose confidential information about investors to any third parties, except as necessary or appropriate in connection with the operations of the Funds, Investment Manager or as required by law.

 

The Investment Manager and the Funds restrict access to confidential investor information to those employees and agents of the Investment Manager and the Funds who need to know such information in order to provide advisory services. The Investment Manager and the Funds maintain physical, electronic and procedural safeguards in order to ensure security of confidential investor information and to prevent unauthorized disclosure of such information.
